Between her expressive, eye-catching canvases and shining, magnetic personality, it is hard not to have a crush on Sally King Benedict. The Atlanta native has been not-so-quietly taking over the design scene (and Instagram) with her famous face series and several high profile collaborations that have propelled her to national acclaim and landed her at the prestigious Spalding Nix Fine Arts gallery. We are continually inspired by Sally’s graphic creations, and equally by the cheerful grace with which she pursues them.

JL: What is on your holiday wish list this year?
SKB: Private Guitar Lessons and a romantic trip with my husband.
JL: What are some of your favorite holiday traditions?
SKB: Eggnog, reading T’was The Night Before Christmas, holiday dinners with old friends, MOVIES and ordering in.
JL: What are you looking forward to in the New Year?
SKB: Business plans, children’s Book, finishing our house, and starting yoga.
